We are excited to support and work with the Catawba Riverkeeper Foundation as they move their Headquarters from a downtown Charlotte office building to a historic mill building on the banks of the South Fork of the Catawba River in McAdenville, NC.

The Riverkeeper’s new HQ will be housed within the adaptive reuse development named Dynamo 31 and they will represent the first tenants of the mixed use space. The project will continue to revitalize historic downtown McAdenville in the very spot from which the town limits were drawn (1 mile radius from the clocktower of McAden Mill #2 built in 1884-1885 HERE).

We were proud to take part in the ground breaking ceremony that was also attended by representatives from Pharr, the Town of McAdenville, the City of Belmont, Montcross Area Chamber of Commerce, Myers & Chapman, McAdenville Women’s Club, and more.
