We’re excited to welcome Heather Mucci to the HELT Design team as our new Practice Development Director!
With more than 26 years of experience in the architecture and design industry, Heather will lead our practice development efforts by building new relationships, strengthening existing partnerships, and expanding our presence across multiple market sectors. As an NCIDQ-certified professional, she brings a collaborative, client-focused, and solution-driven approach to every interaction.
Outside of work, Heather enjoys gardening, hiking waterfalls, snowboarding in winter, and spending time with her husband of 23 years and their 17 year old daughter.
