The other night, we joined the Gaston Business Association for Business After Hours: Belmont Specialty Foods at Waterbean Coffee Exquisite.
It was good to see the space filled with people from the community, experiencing firsthand what we worked to help create. The building we helped transform into this coffee shop felt exactly as intended—a place where people gather, connect, and feel at home.
These moments remind us why we do this work. Buildings aren’t just structures; they’re spaces where community happens.
