The Victory & Winget Mill buildings in Gastonia, NC, are diamonds in the rough, beginning to show signs of new life. HELT Design is thrilled to partner with the new ownership of this historic property to imagine what future spaces could become. These designs show how these long-dormant industrial accessory buildings – chiller rooms, boiler rooms, etc. – could become food & beverage destinations serving the surrounding and growing community and beyond. These reimagined spaces have an authenticity and sense of place that can only be found in buildings with the kind of history as the Victory Mill.
