Over the past five years, Sharon has quietly helped transform the way our firm operates. Drawing on more than 20 years of experience in corporate change management, continuous improvement, and organizational development, she has led the implementation of many of the operational systems, performance metrics, and process improvements that support our team every day. Her background includes formal change management training and a career focused on helping organizations improve performance through thoughtful analysis, measurable outcomes, and sustainable processes.
While our clients know us for thoughtful design, they may not see the operational framework behind it. Sharon’s leadership has strengthened our internal systems, improved efficiency, enhanced accountability, and helped position HELT Design for continued growth while allowing our architects and designers to focus on what they do best—creating exceptional spaces.
