Waterbean Coffee – Gastonia

Waterbean Coffee’s newest location is an adaptive re-use project in Gastonia. The building is in a fast-growing area of Gastonia and has lived a prior life as a dairy and a seafood market. This will be Waterbean Coffee’s largest location, and the client’s vision for the multi-story building includes water features and koi ponds to reflect the owner’s Vietnamese heritage. Waterbean Coffee has over a dozen full-service café locations, a coffee farm in Vietnam, and is on a trajectory for rapid expansion.
