It was a pleasure to connect with local business and community leaders at this week’s Montcross Area Chamber of Commerce after hours event.
Heather and Raleigh enjoyed hearing Belmont Trolley board member, Chris Christy, share the vision for the Trolley Barn and what it could mean for Belmont and Gaston County.
The project brings together several goals: preserving the story of the Piedmont and Northern Railway, creating a home for three historic trolley cars, supporting innovation through Belmont Trolley’s partnership with UNC Charlotte, and providing a place for the community to gather.
