Stowe Building
HELT Design was selected to reconfigure a historic office building located at the geographical center of downtown Belmont, NC. Built in 1910 as the headquarters of R.L. Stowe Mills, the building served its original purpose fittingly via an assortment of small offices.
Present day workflows and spatial requests of larger tenants required a more modern architectural and interior design approach. HELT Design looked at the Stowe Building differently and reconfigured all areas to eliminate small and underutilized spaces. Working around existing building infrastructure HELT Design was able to bring new value to the building, it’s owners and tenants.
